DESCRIPTION
This ability allows you to bellow with a force that causes physical harm to your targetted foe as well as potentially interfering with their spell casting, stunning enemies of level 60 or blow. Additional ranks increase the highest level of NPC that you can stun with your Boastful Bellows by one per rank, and starting at rank five of this line your bellow will have the additional effect of reducing your target's resistance to fire, cold and magic. Subsequent ranks will increase this debuff at five rank intervals. The first rank deals about 400 base damage, and the damage increases 50 per rank. /alt activate 199
