Dragons of Norrath
The Dragons of Norrath zones are open to everyone. Overlord Mata Muram in Anguish still grants the stage flag.

CHAPTER I
How flags are earned
- Killing a gate boss raises A Faded Memory over the corpse for 20 minutes. Hailing it grants that boss's flag.
- On Claudius Maximus the flag is only granted inside an instance. Hailing the memory in the open world answers "You may only advance your progression within an instance."
- Flags are stored per account. The stage completes once every gate boss listed below is flagged.
- For a stage that still gates its zones, zoning into one before the stage is complete sends the character to the Bazaar, and a door leading into one answers "You are not yet ready to experience that memory." Dragons of Norrath is no longer one of those stages.
CHAPTER II
Unlocks
- Nothing is locked behind this flag any more. All seven Dragons of Norrath zones listed below take every character with no flag. The camps' own missions still come in level brackets, and their faction tiers and rewards start at level 65.
- The Norrath's Keepers and Dark Reign camps stand in The Lavastorm Mountains, north of the Nektulos entrance, with the Wayfarer mercenaries between them. Lavastorm is the rebuilt Dragons of Norrath zone: walk from it into The Broodlands, where the mission portals are, and into Lavaspinner's Lair.
