CHAPTER I

How flags are earned

Killing a gate boss raises A Faded Memory over the corpse for 20 minutes. Hailing it grants that boss's flag.
On Claudius Maximus the flag is only granted inside an instance. Hailing the memory in the open world answers "You may only advance your progression within an instance."
Flags are stored per account. The stage completes once every gate boss listed below is flagged.
Quarm's copy in Games V, the Bazaar Game Master's arena, raises the same memory and grants the stage.
The gate moved from Saryrn to Quarm. An account that already held the Saryrn objective keeps its access: the Quarm objective is granted silently the next time one of its characters zones in. A Saryrn kill on its own no longer grants anything.
Until the stage is complete, zoning into one of its zones sends the character to the Bazaar, and a door leading into one answers "You are not yet ready to experience that memory."

CHAPTER II

Access to the Gates of Discord zones listed below. Qvic, Txevu, Tacvi, Vxed, Tipt and Ikkinz no longer ask for the cipher, the Signet of Command, the sewer tasks or the temple pieces, and the Vxed exit stone lets you out; the old keys, tasks and marks still work.
Tacvi can be requested solo from the Zun statue, which sets the same 6-hour replay timer as Hamari Nedu.
Level cap raised to 70.
Magus Alaria in the Bazaar ports to Nedaria's Landing.
